Salary :120-130k plus Bonus- CAD

The Opportunity

We're looking for an entrepreneurial Foodservice & Strategic Partnerships Leadto build and lead our Foodservice & Partnerships business in Canada while identifying and unlocking new growth platforms across strategic partnerships, licensing, and contract manufacturing.

This is more than a sales role; it's an opportunity to create new revenue streams, build long-term strategic alliances, and shape the future growth agenda for Flora Food Group in Canada. From winning with operators and distributors to evaluating licensing opportunities and co-manufacturing partnerships, this leader will play a critical role in expanding our reach and maximizing the value of our capabilities and brands.

What You’ll Do

Foodservice Leadership

  • Lead the development and execution of a national Foodservice strategy to drive sustainable growth
  • Build strong partnerships with foodservice operators, brokers, distributors, and strategic customers
  • Identify and unlock new business opportunities while growing existing accounts
  • Establish and manage a high-performing sales ecosystem, including brokers and external partners

Strategic Partnerships & Growth Platforms

  • Develop and execute a Canadian partnerships strategy across foodservice, retail, manufacturing, and commercial channels
  • Identify and evaluate licensing opportunities that extend the reach and value of Flora Food Group brands and capabilities
  • Lead the development of strategic commercial partnerships, joint business ventures, and co-development opportunities

Contract Manufacturing

  • Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, R&D, and Finance to evaluate the commercial viability and profitability of new manufacturing opportunities
  • Build relationships with key retail and commercial customers seeking custom product development or manufacturing solutions
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of contract manufacturing opportunities that contribute to profitable growth

Commercial Leadership

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to bring the right products and solutions to market
  • Turn insights into action by leveraging market, customer, and industry trends
  • Build the foundation for long-term success, including tools, processes, and commercial discipline

What You Bring

  • Strong experience in Foodservice, CPG, B2B sales, business development, or commercial leadership roles
  • A track record of identifying and scaling new business opportunities and revenue streams
  • Experience negotiating and managing strategic partnerships, licensing arrangements, customer agreements, or commercial contracts
  • Deep understanding of the Canadian foodservice landscape and route-to-market models
  • Experience with private label, contract manufacturing, co-manufacturing, or custom product development is strongly preferred
  • Commercially savvy with the ability to evaluate profitability, business cases, and long-term growth opportunities
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with experience working across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and R&D
  • A builder mindset—you're energized by creating, not just maintaining
  • A passion for food and an appreciation for evolving consumer needs around taste, health, and sustainability
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, negotiation, and influencing skills
