Location: Cerritos, CA (On site) | Type: Full Time | Hourly Rate: $36 flag + (based off experience)

Perform advanced mechanical and heavy line repairs including engine overhauls, transmission work, driveline, and major component replacements.
Diagnose and repair vehicle systems using Ford-approved diagnostic equipment and processes.
Perform warranty and customer pay repairs in accordance with Ford Motor Company and dealership guidelines.
Communicate clearly with service advisors and the shop foreman regarding diagnostics, repairs, and time estimates.
Document all work performed on repair orders accurately and completely.

Ford Certified Technician preferred; willingness to complete Ford factory training required.
Proven experience as a Heavy Line Technician or equivalent automotive repair experience.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
