Ford Heavyline Technician

Location: Cerritos, CA (On site) | Type: Full Time | Hourly Rate: $36 flag + (based off experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced mechanical and heavy line repairs including engine overhauls, transmission work, driveline, and major component replacements.

• Diagnose and repair vehicle systems using Ford-approved diagnostic equipment and processes.

• Perform warranty and customer pay repairs in accordance with Ford Motor Company and dealership guidelines.

• Communicate clearly with service advisors and the shop foreman regarding diagnostics, repairs, and time estimates.

• Document all work performed on repair orders accurately and completely.
  
  

Qualifications

• Ford Certified Technician preferred; willingness to complete Ford factory training required.

• Proven experience as a Heavy Line Technician or equivalent automotive repair experience.

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
