Ford Lincoln Service Lot Attendant

Role Purpose
Responsible for ensuring safe and efficient handling of customer and company/owned vehicles.

Leadership
This position does not lead others.

Core Accountabilities

1. Greet all customers entering the service area and direct customers to service-write up area. Tag vehicles and install mats and seat covers. Park all vehicles in appropriate locations.
2. Maintain organized lot in order to provide easy access for customers. Includes removing any debris and snow.
3. Maintain loaner vehicles. Wash, fill gas tanks and park in designated area. Inform management of any mechanical or body repairs needed.
4. Perform alignment checks in the drive through quickly and efficiently, providing color alignments print out to the Service Consultants while the customer is still in the Consultants office.
5. Clean, wash and detail customer vehicles, clean shop and service drive as needed includes all trash and cardboard floor washing with machine.

6. Assist with pick-up and delivery of guest vehicles.
