We are looking for an experienced, motivated Ford Service Manager who is ready to take ownership of a growing Service Department and make a real impact.

About the Role

As the Ford Service Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the Service Department and lead a team of Service Advisors and Technicians. You will be responsible for department performance, customer satisfaction, technician productivity, workflow, and overall profitability.

We're looking for someone who can lead from the front, develop their people, create accountability, and build a Service Department that performs at a high level.

Responsibilities

● Lead and manage daily Service Department operations

● Coach, develop, and motivate Service Advisors and Technicians

● Drive service sales, technician productivity, customer retention, and profitability

● Monitor department performance and implement strategies to improve results

● Ensure an efficient workflow between Service Advisors, Technicians, and Parts

● Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure an exceptional service experience

● Monitor repair orders, labor sales, department KPIs, and overall performance

● Maintain Ford and dealership standards while ensuring compliance with company policies

Compensation

$100,000+ ANNUALLY BASED ON PERFORMANCE
