Job Responsibilities

1. Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, including handling room charges and other related matters.
2. Provide information and assistance to guests.
3. Handle guest relations and assist guests in resolving any issues during their stay.
4. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve departmental goals, enhance guest satisfaction, promote Marriott Bonvoy membership enrollment, and drive room upselling.
5. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
6. During the initial onboarding period, you need to learn **morning and evening shifts** to become familiar with the responsibilities, operating procedures, and system operations of different shifts.

**Night Shift Allowance: NT$4,800–NT$6,600 per month, in addition to the base salary, depending on actual attendance.**

工作內容：
1. 房客住房及退房接待，協助客人辦理入住手續，處理房帳等相關事宜。
2. 房客諮詢服務。
3. 顧客關係處理，協助客人處理入住期間的問題。
4. 與團隊一同達成目標以提升顧客滿意度，募集會員與客房增銷。
5. 完成主管交辦事項。
6.入職初期將安排早、晚班輪調，協助熟悉不同班別之工作內容、作業流程及系統操作。

除本薪外另享有專職大夜津貼每月$4,800-$6,600 。(依實際出勤天數計算)

【Qualifications】
1.Fluent in English and Mandarin.
2.Must meet the qualifications of the Points System (Scoring Criteria) for Foreign students staying in Taiwan for work and assist in providing the necessary application documents.
