Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Shop Foreman to lead and support our team of Service Technicians in troubleshooting, diagnosing, adjusting, repairing, and overhauling heavy-duty diesel trucks, motorhomes, and a wide range of diesel engines. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership, workflow coordination, and quality control.

A day in the life may include:

• Supervising and mentoring technicians to ensure efficient, high-quality repairs and adherence to safety standards.
• Verifying vehicle performance by overseeing and, when necessary, conducting test drives.
• Leading advanced troubleshooting, diagnostic testing, and electronic repair processes.
• Assigning work, prioritizing jobs, and ensuring timely completion of service tasks.
• Overseeing routine maintenance such as oil changes, battery checks, lubrication, brake adjustments, and wheel alignments.
• Guiding and assisting in the disassembly and overhaul of engines, pumps, generators, transmissions, clutches, and rear ends.
• Inspecting completed work to ensure proper reassembly, safety compliance, and operational reliability.
• Ensuring all shop equipment is properly maintained and operated according to guidelines.
• Maintaining a safe work environment by monitoring protective guards, safety devices, and shop practices.
• Collaborating with management to improve shop efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Driving continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, performance, and service quality.
