Foreman, Display And Execution
Job purpose
To supervise and ensure the accurate execution of in-store displays and visual merchandising activities in line with brand standards and promotional plans across all assigned locations.
Key accountability areas
- Supervise and lead display execution teams in implementing visual merchandising plans and promotional setups in stores or showrooms.
- Ensure all product displays, layouts, and planograms are executed according to brand guidelines and corporate standards.
- Monitor daily field execution activities and ensure timely completion of display updates, seasonal changes, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and merchandising teams to ensure alignment of execution plans with commercial objectives.
- Inspect store displays regularly to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with brand presentation standards.
- Provide on-site guidance and support to execution staff, ensuring efficient workflow and problem resolution.
- Report execution progress, issues, and store feedback to management in a timely manner.
- Ensure proper use, maintenance, and handling of display materials and tools.
- Support continuous improvement in display execution processes and field efficiency.
