3. Daily ReportingPrepare daily site reports (number of workers, equipment used, work progress, observations).
Submit photo reports showing the condition of the shades before and after maintenance.
4. Site Handover and TakeoverReceive sites from the client representative in coordination with the technical team.
Ensure all maintenance works are completed before handing over the site.
5. Workforce and Equipment ManagementAssign tasks to workers according to their skills and job priorities.
Supervise attendance, punctuality, and compliance with site instructions.
Request equipment such as scaffolding, boom lifts, welding machines, etc., as needed.
6. Quality ControlConduct visual inspection after completing each phase of work (installation, painting, welding, cleaning).
Ensure all works are defect-free and meet quality standards before moving to the next site.
7. Field Issue ResolutionAddress and solve problems or obstacles encountered during execution.
Escalate technical or administrative issues requiring management decision.
8. Documentation and Record KeepingTake clear photos before, during, and after maintenance activities.
Document any pre-existing damage or access restrictions that may affect the work.
9. Client CoordinationRepresent the company professionally on-site.
Coordinate with client site representatives regarding work timings, access, or special instructions.
