Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead plumbers, pipe fitters, and helpers in daily site activities.
Execute plumbing and drainage installation works as per approved drawings and specifications.
Assign daily tasks and monitor workforce productivity.
Ensure all plumbing works are completed in accordance with project schedules.
Read and interpret plumbing layouts, shop drawings, and installation details.
Coordinate with supervisors and site engineers regarding work progress and site requirements.
Monitor material usage and report shortages or wastage.
Ensure proper installation of water supply, drainage, stormwater, and sewage systems.
Assist in testing, flushing, hydrostatic testing, and commissioning activities.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
Report site issues, material requirements, and manpower needs to the supervisor.
Maintain good housekeeping practices within the work area.
Support snag rectification and project handover activities.

ITI / Trade Certificate in Plumbing or related field.
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in plumbing installation works, with at least 2 years as a Foreman.
Experience in high-rise, commercial, residential, hospitality, or industrial projects.
Ability to read and understand plumbing drawings and specifications.
Good knowledge of plumbing materials, fittings, and installation methods.
