This is an on-call, project-based contract opportunity supporting ongoing AI training and evaluation initiatives.
Candidates selected for this opportunity will become part of Volga Partners' on-call network of subject matter experts. As client projects become available, qualified contributors will be invited to participate based on project requirements, expertise, availability, and performance.
Please note this is not a permanent employment position and does not include company-sponsored benefits, paid leave, holiday pay, or guaranteed minimum hours.

What You Will Do
- Create and review finance-related prompts, scenarios, and analytical tasks.
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for financial accuracy, reasoning quality, and business relevance.
- Apply subject matter expertise to improve model performance and financial understanding.
- Review financial analyses, assumptions, calculations, and recommendations.
- Identify inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
- Provide structured feedback and quality assessments.
- Collaborate with project teams to maintain high-quality deliverables.
- Meet established project timelines and productivity goals.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Law, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience within one or more of the listed finance, audit, insurance, compliance, legal, or risk disciplines.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Ability to evaluate complex business, financial, audit, compliance, insurance, or legal concepts and clearly explain your reasoning.
- Reliable internet connection.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred
- CFA Charterholder or CFA Candidate
- ACCA, ACA, CMA, MBA Finance, M.Com, or similar credentials such as CIA, CISA or JD
- Experience in financial modeling, valuation, forecasting, budgeting, investment analysis, or quantitative research.
- Experience reviewing technical content, research, or analytical reports.
- Exposure to AI, machine learning, data annotation, or model evaluation projects is a plus.
Selection Process
Qualified candidates may be invited to complete a brief project-specific assessment or trial task designed to evaluate their subject matter expertise and analytical reasoning. Successful completion of the assessment may qualify candidates for active paid project assignments. Candidates who are not selected for a particular project may still remain in Volga Partners' talent network and be considered for future opportunities that align with their expertise.

- This is a freelancer role, designed for those who are looking for supplemental income. The project does not have a specific end date, as work availability is sporadic and varies.
