Forex CFD Account Manager
You will drive sales for TMGM's products and services, with strong earning potential in your first year. You'll provide clients with exceptional service across all communication channels, using your sales skills to identify and generate client pipelines while building long-term relationships. You'll respond quickly and professionally to client inquiries, resolve issues effectively, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service. You'll work towards KPIs to meet or exceed sales targets, continually expanding your knowledge of the markets, the FX industry, and TMGM's platforms and products.
Responsibilities
- Assist in driving sales by promoting and selling TMGM's products and services
- Identify and generate client pipelines using strong sales skills
- Build and nurture relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships
- Deliver exceptional customer service across various communication channels
- Respond quickly and professionally to client inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery of high-quality services to clients
- Work towards KPIs to meet or exceed sales targets
- Expand knowledge about markets, FX industry, and TMGM's platforms and products
- Strive to achieve team and individual metrics
Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience in the Forex industry
- Previous exposure to customer-focused environments such as customer service, sales, outbound/inbound support, or consulting is advantageous
- Willingness to learn practical financial knowledge and professional skills
- Comfortable making high outbound calls and engaging with diverse buyers
- Confident communication skills or motivation to enhance communication abilities
- Strong ownership and proactive problem-solving mindset
- Excellent overall communication abilities, including adapting approach to suit various audiences
- Proficiency in English; Mandarin, Thai, Vietnamese, Malay, Indonesian, or Filipino language highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, trading platforms, and related products
