Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the company’s expansion and growth in the assigned country by acquiring retail and institutional clients.

  • Leverage your existing portfolio and network to generate immediate business.

  • Identify local opportunities, partners, influencers, and introducing brokers (IBs) to build sustainable client acquisition channels.

  • Ensure full compliance with local financial regulations and maintain a positive company image.

  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to localise campaigns and improve user engagement.

  • Manage customer support and operations in your region, if needed, to ensure high satisfaction and client retention.

  • Prepare and execute local business development strategies with clear monthly KPIs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Country Manager or Senior Business Development Manager in the Forex / CFD / Financial trading industry.

  • Mandatory: Existing portfolio of active clients and/or IBs in the assigned country.

  • Strong knowledge of the local Forex market, regulations, and competitive landscape.

  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills.

  • Fluent in the local language and English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Country Manager or Business Development Head

  • Established reputation in the FX industry

  • An existing team or network that can be mobilised quickly

  • Ability to work independently and deliver KPIs
