Job Description

Are you looking for a way to start your career in the financial markets? GS Securities is a forex brokerage located in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), and we are working on expanding our Arabic sales team. The position does not require any previous experience, as we will provide complete training on the markets, our products, and sales techniques.

The job involves sales over the phone. You will connect with clients in Arabic-speaking markets, assisting them in opening trading accounts and building long-term relationships with them. If you are a motivated individual who enjoys interacting with people and wants to increase your income with your results, this position is for you.

Main Responsibilities:

• Contact potential clients and follow up with them to introduce them to trading services
• Assist new clients in opening accounts and completing their first deposit
• Build strong relationships with your clients and maintain them
• Achieve monthly sales targets and update client data on the CRM system
• Attend training sessions and continuously learn about financial markets

Working Days: From Monday to Friday, with weekends off.

What We Offer:

• Basic salary of 1,500 dirhams, plus commission on sales
• Your monthly income can reach up to 7,000 dirhams or more based on performance
• After two months of successful performance: permanent position with a fixed salary of 7,000 dirhams, plus a percentage of commissions
• Complete training, and no previous experience is required

• Fluency in Arabic
• Current residency in Dubai
• Strong communication skills and confidence in phone conversations
• Willingness to learn and readiness to work hard
• Passion for achieving goals and working with commission systems
• Ability to handle pressure and positively deal with rejection
• Interest in financial markets or trading is a plus
• Knowledge of English is an additional advantage
