Fork Lift Truck Operator (Warehouse)
Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible, safety-conscious, and reliable Forklift Truck Operator to join our warehouse operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts safely and efficiently to support daily warehouse activities, including loading, unloading, storing, and moving goods while maintaining high standards of workplace safety and inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklift trucks safely and efficiently to transport materials within the warehouse.
- Load and unload goods from trucks, containers, and delivery vehicles.
- Move, stack, and store pallets in designated warehouse locations.
- Perform receiving, put-away, picking, replenishment, and stock movement activities.
- Conduct daily pre-operation inspections of forklifts and report any faults or maintenance requirements.
- Ensure accurate handling and movement of inventory in accordance with warehouse procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Adhere to workplace safety regulations, company policies, and operational procedures at all times.
- Assist with general warehouse duties and other operational tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Singapore Forklift Licence/Certificate.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory handling, and stock control processes.
- Physically fit and able to lift and move goods when required.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to workplace safety.
- Responsible, dependable, and willing to learn.
