Forklift Driver - Multiple Permanent Night Shift Positions

We’re growing and we’re innovating, which has created multiple permanent Yard Operators/Forklift Driver opportunities across our production teams where you can build your technical capability and contribute to how we improve safety, quality and efficiency
We run a 24/7 food manufacturing site to create Australia’s most loved and number one Yoghurt products and we’re looking for motivated people to join our team.
- Permanent, full-time positions available
- Starting at $3,481.00 + superannuation per fortnight ($40.85 p/h + super)
- Work only 13 days a month including a dedicated monthly training day
- Compressed weeks, with every second Saturday off
- Opportunities for additional overtime as well as Sunday overtime
About the role
Due to continued growth at our Dandenong South site, Chobani is looking for experienced Yard Operators /Forklift Drivers to join our amazing Production team.
We have opportunities available across night shift (6.00pm - 6.00am) rosters with successful candidates joining a dynamic and fast-paced team environment.
Skills & Experience
Ideally to be successful in the role you’ll have:
- A current Forklift Licence
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a manufacturing, warehouse, logistics or production environment
- Experience loading, unloading and moving materials safely and efficiently
- Experience using RF scanners and inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
- A strong commitment to workplace safety, quality and food safety standards
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Previous food manufacturing experience will be highly regarded
