Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Driver to join our team in Jamestown, NY. In this role, you will be responsible for operating forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to load and unload materials and deliveries and move them to and from storage areas, machines, and loading docks.

• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of forklifts and other material handling equipment.

• Conduct daily inspections of forklifts and report any maintenance or safety issues.

• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and ensure proper documentation.

• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and operations.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience as a forklift driver or in a similar role.

• Valid forklift operator certification is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
