Forklift

The Forklift Operator position involves operating a forklift to manage the unloading and packing of raw materials. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork and a focus on employee well-being.

Responsibilities

• Must complete fork truck operator certification from the HR Manager
• Loading and unloading: Move materials from trucks and other vehicles, and stack them for storage
• Performs put-away movements from dock to storage locations
• Moving materials:Transport materials around the warehouse, including pallets of goods
• Inspects Forklift at the start of each shift
• Reports any issues to supervisor
• Keeps warehouse clean
• Perform other duties and special projects as needed and assigned
• Resourceful, figure it out and get-it-done mentality with a track record of accuracy and exceptional quality work.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and be a team player

• Committed, reliable and hard-working with a track record of stellar attendance and punctuality
• Unload raw material trucks from the dock
• Change out propane cylinders
