Dunlop Tires North America, Inc. is looking for motivated, dependable, and safety-focused Warehouse Associates to join our growing distribution center team in Joliet, Illinois. This position plays a critical role in ensuring tires are received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently to our customers.

What You'll Do
- Receive incoming inventory and place products in the appropriate warehouse locations.
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Process shipments utilizing UPS, FedEx, and other carriers.
- Verify product quantities as picked.
- Perform forklift pre-shift inspections and complete required safety checklists.
- Assist with maintaining inventory organization and product flow throughout the warehouse.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Assist with additional warehouse and clerical duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or distribution center experience preferred.
- Forklift experience required (sit-down) 1-2 years.
- Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull products weighing up to 60 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills and professional attitude.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the workday.
- Ability to safely lift and move up to 60 pounds on a regular basis.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
