Forklift Operator

Key Responsibilities:

This includes tasks like loading and unloading materials, moving materials/pallets into the work area, and assisting in keeping all areas clean and organized.

• Material Handling:

Moving materials and products around the work area, using equipment like forklifts or hand trucks.

• Routine Maintenance:

Helping with basic machine maintenance tasks like cleaning, lubrication, and keeping a maintenance log.

• Safety Compliance:

Adhering to all safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe work environment.

• Documentation:

Recording machine data, machine malfunctions, and maintenance activities.

• Teamwork and Communication:

Collaborating with other team members, communicating effectively with supervisors, and participating in training and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude: Understanding basic mechanical concepts and the ability to troubleshoot basic machinery issues.
