About the role
Do you have experience operating a counterbalance forklift and are you looking for a stable opportunity in the food sector?
At Nortempo Torrelavega, we are selecting a Forklift Operator to join an important company located in the Los Corrales de Buelna area. We are looking for professionals with experience in logistics and warehousing, accustomed to working in dynamic environments with high standards of organization and safety.
What you'll do
Unloading trucks using a counterbalance forklift.
Support in unloading tasks using a manual pallet jack.
Placement of goods in racks following the locations indicated by the system.
Reception of materials through the use of a radio frequency scanner.
Replenishment of stock between different warehouse areas and storage tents.
Control and internal movement of goods, guaranteeing the correct flow of materials.
What we're looking for
-Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a counterbalance forklift.
- Valid forklift license.
-Own vehicle to get to the workplace.
-A responsible, organized person with the ability to work as part of a team.
Nice to have
-Previous experience in warehouses or companies in the food sector is valued.
What you'll get
-Initial hiring through Nortempo, with real possibility of subsequent incorporation into the company's permanent staff.
-Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday. Rotating shifts: morning (06:00 to 14:00), afternoon (14:00 to 22:00), and night (22:00 to 06:00).
-Salary according to collective agreement: €11.35 gross/hour and a night shift premium of €1.67/hour for hours worked during the night shift.
