Guardian Bikes is looking for a dependable, safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. In this role, you'll keep materials moving efficiently throughout our facility — from raw materials and bike components to finished products ready for shipment. Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate sit-down forklifts and reach trucks to transport raw materials, bike components, finished products, and other goods throughout the facility.
• Load and unload delivery trucks and trailers safely and efficiently.
• Stage materials at production lines and move completed products to the appropriate warehouse or shipping areas.
• Perform daily forklift and equipment inspections and promptly report any mechanical or safety concerns.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Use scanners and warehouse systems to accurately track inventory movement.
• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and other warehouse activities as needed.
• Work closely with Production, Warehouse, and Shipping teams to keep materials flowing and production on schedule.
• Follow all company safety policies, operating procedures, and material-handling guidelines.
• Jump in where needed to help the team meet daily production and shipping goals.
