Forklift Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move, stack, load, and unload tires and related products.

• Assist with shipping and receiving operations, including verifying and documenting incoming and outgoing shipments.

• Transport inventory within the warehouse and to/from delivery vehicles.

• Organize and maintain warehouse stock to support accurate inventory management.

• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any issues or maintenance needs.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

• Assist with physical inventory counts and cycle counts.

• Support coworkers and other departments with material-handling needs.

• Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and OSHA regulations.

Skills / Education / Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a pre-employment drug screen.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Forklift certification or prior forklift experience strongly preferred (training available if necessary).

• Ability to lift and move tires weighing 30–150 lbs., with or without mechanical assistance.

• Strong attention to safety and detail.

• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with repetitive lifting, bending, and standing.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
