Position Summary

• The Forklift Operator will be responsible for moving products around the warehouse with ease.

• They need to use RF scanners to keep track of the items they are moving.

• The operator will need to ensure the product is secure and safe to transport to the designated location.

Essential Responsibilities

• Operates a forklift to move product and pallets throughout warehouse to an area safely.

• Communicates any discrepancies, product issues or safety issues with Supervisor.

• Ensures that product is moved and scanned using a radio frequency scanner to the correct location and confirm product labels are accurate.

• Maintains a clean and safe area free and clear of any debris.

• Anticipates the needs of the business, keeping like product together and accessible.

• Successfully passes all Novo forklift training and operates a forklift following all safety requirements established within Novo.

• May place standup items into designated areas by hand as required.

• Performs other duties as assigned.
