About the role
Do you have experience as a forklift operator? At randstad, we are waiting for you!
What you'll do
Loading and unloading: Reception of raw materials from supplier trucks and loading of finished products for dispatch to customers.
Supply to production: Constant supply of materials, components, and empty containers to the various assembly lines or machines to avoid any technical downtime.
Placement and storage: Safe organization and stacking of pallets on warehouse shelving using counterbalance, reach, or stacker trucks.
Inventory control: Use of barcode readers or radio frequency terminals (PDA) to record entries, exits, and location changes in the computer system.
Waste removal: Transport of sheet metal scraps, scrap metal, packaging, or plastics generated in the plant towards recycling areas or compactors.
Basic maintenance: Daily inspection of the forklift's condition (battery charging, checking brakes and wheels).
What we're looking for
Previous experience as a forklift operator.
Valid forklift license.
Availability to work full-time.
Driving licence and own vehicle.
What you'll get
Full-time temporary contract, with the possibility of joining the permanent staff.
How you'll work
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 13:30 and 14:30 to 17:00
