At Randstad we are selecting staff to work as forklift operators with direct hiring by the Renault Group at the Valladolid plants.

What you'll do

Your responsibilities as a Renault Group forklift operator will be the following:

• Loading, unloading and safe transport of materials and components within the plant.
• Stock placement and relocation: Transport and position materials in the designated storage areas (racks, aisles, picking zones), following the guidelines of the warehouse management system.
• Supply to production lines: Continuously and promptly supply the components and materials needed to the different stations and assembly lines, avoiding stoppages and optimizing production times.
• Ensure basic maintenance of the forklift and report any issues.
• Compliance with safety regulations: Strictly follow occupational health and safety rules, using personal protective equipment (PPE) and remaining cautious in all maneuvers.

What we're looking for

• Valid forklift license or certificate: It is essential that your certification is up to date to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Proven experience operating counterbalance forklifts.

Nice to have

• Desirable: holding a valid type B driver's license. Experience with reach trucks and/or the LINDE brand will also be positively valued.

How you'll work

• Temporary 3-month contract.
• Working hours are ordinarily Monday to Friday. Depending on production, Saturday mornings or Sunday nights will be mandatory according to the employee's shift, or rest days during the working week.
