Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for therapists and guest service teams. Train team members on treatment protocols, techniques, products, hygiene and safety procedures, and service standards. Assess performance through observation and certify the team’s technical competencies. Keep training manuals, treatment guides, and learning materials up to date. Coordinate with product suppliers and brand partners regarding training sessions and product launches. Develop individual growth plans and contribute to the continuous improvement of training and service quality.
