As a Formal Server, you play an important role in creating an exceptional dining experience for our members and their guests. You are warm, welcoming and attentive, with the confidence to make thoughtful food and beverage recommendations and the commitment to consistently exceed expectations.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in getting the details right. Formal dining requires a high level of precision, consistency and professionalism. Every aspect of the experience, from service and timing to presentation, should be polished and intentional.

Excellence is the standard. Accuracy matters, and the details matter. Servers must be patient, conscientious and willing to check and double-check their work to ensure it is correct every time.
