About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Formulation and Development Manager to lead our product development initiatives at our Roorkee facility. The selected candidate will be responsible for the formulation and development of oral liquids, tablets, and capsules, ensuring excellence from concept to commercialization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end formulation development for oral liquids, tablets, and capsules.

• Conduct lab-scale trials, stability studies, and technology transfers.

• Develop robust formulations with focus on quality, cost-effectiveness, and regulatory compliance.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including QA/QC, RA, Production, and Packaging for seamless product development.

• Evaluate and qualify excipients, APIs, and packaging materials for development suitability.

• Review and prepare technical documentation including BMRs, development reports, and regulatory dossiers.

• Ensure adherence to cGMP and ICH guidelines throughout the development process.

• Support troubleshooting and optimization of existing formulations and processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in formulation and development within the pharmaceutical industry.

• Proven expertise in oral dosage forms (liquids, tablets, capsules).

• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (WHO-GMP, USFDA, EU-GMP preferred).

• Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

• Experience with equipment used in formulation labs and production scale-up.
