Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise workers to perform carpentry formworks and reinforcement of concrete on-site, ensuring quality and safety compliance
• Ensure all timber formwork and structural reinforcement meet Singapore Standards (SS) requirements
• Read and interpret construction drawings accurately to guide work execution
• Perform construction tasks involving formwork, reinforcement, and concreting to meet project specifications
• Apply knowledge of timber, aluminium, and steel structural formwork to oversee installation and assembly
• Calculate material quantities and perform costing for formwork materials to support budgeting and procurement
• Monitor shutter making and assembling processes to maintain quality and schedule adherence
