Fortinet Network Engineer

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Fortinet Network Engineer for a 6-month contract to support enterprise network design, deployment, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy, configure, and optimize network solutions (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs)
• Monitor performance and ensure scalability and high availability
• Review and evaluate network designs and vendor proposals
• Support capacity planning and infrastructure improvements
• Ensure secure, stable, and efficient network operations

Requirements:

• 8+ years experience in network design, implementation & architecture
• Strong expertise in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, SD-WAN, cloud networking
• Hands-on experience with Fortinet firewalls, switches, WLAN
• Knowledge of network security, RBAC, content filtering
• CCNA / CCNP or equivalent certifications preferred
• Must be available in Qatar, with a valid QID
