About the Role
We are looking for a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to work closely with business and technology teams to identify opportunities, rapidly prototype AI solutions, and deliver production-ready applications that drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand challenges and identify AI opportunities
- Rapidly prototype and develop AI-powered solutions for real-world business use cases
- Build and deploy applications using Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, RAG, APIs, and automation
- Translate business requirements into practical and scalable technical solutions
- Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate prototyping, coding, testing, and deployment
- Work directly with users to demonstrate solutions, gather feedback, and continuously improve them
- Drive solutions from concept → prototype → validation → production
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities for their practical application
- Collaborate with engineering, cloud, security, and DevOps teams to productionize solutions
- Ensure solutions are secure, reliable, maintainable, and aligned with engineering best practices
- Create reusable AI components, patterns, and accelerators for future projects
- Act as a technical evangelist and trusted partner for business teams
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in software engineering, application development, automation, or a related technical role
- Strong programming experience in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar languages
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM-based applications
- Experience with REST APIs, databases, Git, and cloud platforms
- Strong understanding of software development and engineering principles
- Experience with AI-assisted development/coding tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with RAG, AI Agents, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
- Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and tool-calling patterns
- Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Azure OpenAI, or similar LLM platforms
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD, and modern DevOps practices
- Experience working in customer-facing, consulting, solutions engineering, or forward-deployed roles
- Strong interest in emerging AI technologies and rapid prototyping
