Forward Deployed Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Understand customer business and technical requirements.
• Convert customer problems into technical solutions.
• Own projects end-to-end: discovery, development, integration, and deployment.
• Build production-grade software and reusable product capabilities.
• Develop frontend and backend solutions based on the problem.
• Build APIs, integrations and custom workflows.
• Work directly with customers and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams.
• Convert customer use cases into product improvements.
• Design solutions that can be reused across multiple customers.
• Work in an ambiguous, fast-paced startup environment.
• Contribute to architecture, cloud, infrastructure and deployment where required.
• Use AI/GenAI or AI-assisted coding tools where applicable.
