Forward Deployed Engineer

You will build and ship core product and platform features across the stack, from data pipelines and APIs to user interfaces. You will integrate LLMs and agents into workflows, automate processes, translate institutional needs into production systems, and own features through production reliability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship core product and platform features across the stack
• Build AI-native tooling by integrating LLMs and agents into workflows
• Automate manual processes and turn market and research data into usable intelligence
• Embed with markets, advisory, and research teams to scope problems and translate them into reliable systems
• Own features end-to-end, from rapid prototyping through production hardening
• Maintain accountability for performance, correctness, and reliability
• Help shape engineering practices, architecture, and tooling as the platform scales

Requirements

• Own software systems end-to-end across the full stack
• Build and deploy AI/LLM-powered features, including prompt design, retrieval, agents, or model API integrations
• Ship working software quickly without sacrificing quality
• Communicate directly with non-engineering stakeholders to understand needs and deliver solutions
• Interest in financial markets, trading, or institutional infrastructure is a plus
