An Agent Builder designs, builds, deploys, and continuously improves AI agents that execute end-to-end business workflows with varying levels of autonomy.

Unlike traditional automation or data roles, this position focuses on operationalizing judgment, institutional knowledge, and decision logic into reliable AI-driven systems.

This role sits at the intersection of business, AI systems, and operating model transformation.

· Strategy Heads in the Country

· BPR Deployment teams

Key Responsibilities:

Enable AI agents to do meaningful work at scale by:

· Translating business outcomes into agent behaviors and workflows

· Encoding MetLife knowledge, standards, and quality expectations

· Orchestrating tools, data, and human-in-the-loop decision points

· Ensuring agents are deployed safely, compliantly, and sustainably

· Continuously monitoring and improving agent performance in production
