GOIP is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to build and deploy AI-enabled applications, intelligent automation and enterprise integrations that make a tangible difference for customers.

Working directly with customers and alongside our product and cybersecurity teams, you will translate business challenges into practical, reliable solutions—taking ideas from initial concept through development to real-world deployment.

Key responsibilities

Collaborate with Customers

· Work directly with customers to understand their business challenges, explore workflows and translate requirements into actionable technical tasks.

· Bring ideas to life through interactive demonstrations and proofs of concept, gathering customer feedback to refine proposed solutions.

· Guide customers through user acceptance testing and provide clear user guidance to support solution adoption.

Build and Deliver Solutions

· Develop and configure applications, AI-enabled capabilities and intelligent workflow automation to address customer needs.

· Build and test reliable integrations across customer systems, databases and third-party APIs.

· Collaborate with customers and our product and cybersecurity teams throughout testing and deployment.

· Investigate technical issues, communicate progress clearly to customers and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them.

Support Adoption and Continuous Improvement

· Prepare clear technical documentation and project handover materials to support customers and internal teams.

· Turn customer feedback and delivery experience into practical recommendations for product and solution improvements.

Essential Requirements

· 1–4 years of experience in software development, system integration or technical implementation. Less experienced candidates with strong practical projects are welcome.

· Hands-on coding skills in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.

· Familiarity with APIs, databases, Git and software testing.

· Experience building applications, integrations or automation solutions, with a clear understanding of how the solution works.

· Good communication skills and a willingness to engage with customers and collaborate with technical teams.

· A responsible approach to problem-solving, documentation and customer data.

· Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred experience

• Exposure to generative AI applications, LLM APIs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) or AI workflow tools.

• Experience deploying applications on a cloud platform or in an enterprise environment.

• Customer demonstrations, user support or implementation projects.

• Enterprise ICT, telecommunications or systems integration.
