Forward Deployed Engineer

You will embed with strategic customers to understand their workflows, data, and technical challenges. You will build, validate, deploy, and own production integrations and tailored solutions, then turn reusable patterns into platform capabilities. You will participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Embed with strategic accounts to understand their domain, data, and workflows
• Build custom integrations, workflow automations, and domain-specific solutions
• Write and deploy production code through CI/CD pipelines
• Own the technical relationship with customer teams during engagements
• Prototype, validate, iterate, and ship solutions
• Generalize reusable customer patterns into platform capabilities
• Participate in code review, on-call rotation, and architecture discussions
• Build connectors to customer data sources and document-management systems

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience at a venture-backed startup or top technology firm
• Full-stack engineering skills across APIs, data pipelines, frontend, and infrastructure
• Customer-facing technical communication skills
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS
• Experience with Python, TypeScript, or Go
