You will lead the technical strategy, execution, and delivery of enterprise agentic applications. You will architect systems, deploy them across hybrid environments, collaborate on model adaptation, and establish technical standards, playbooks, and mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Partner with deployment strategists and sales to architect customer solutions
- Architect and build complex agentic systems
- Orchestrate LLM workflows and integrate enterprise infrastructure
- Collaborate with research teams to adapt and fine-tune models
- Own deployments across cloud, VPC, and on-premises environments
- Define playbooks, best practices, technical standards, and mentorship
Requirements
- Software engineering experience with Python and Typescript
- Experience deploying enterprise software in cloud or hybrid environments
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
- Understanding of machine learning, vector databases, RAG pipelines, agent orchestration, evaluations, and fine-tuning
- 6+ years of software engineering experience
- 2+ years of technical leadership experience delivering AI-driven enterprise solutions
- Customer-facing solution architecture experience
