Lead forward-deployed AI engineer who owns the technical delivery of enterprise agentic applications: partnering with sales and deployment strategists, architecting LLM workflows, fine-tuning models, and deploying solutions across cloud, VPC, and on-prem environments. You will lead the technical strategy, execution, and delivery of enterprise agentic applications. You will partner with sales and deployment stakeholders, architect LLM workflows, adapt models, deploy solutions across hybrid environments, and establish engineering standards and mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Partner with deployment strategists and sales to understand customer needs and architect solutions
- Architect and build agentic systems and LLM workflows
- Adapt and fine-tune models for customer-specific needs
- Own deployments across public cloud, VPC, and on-premises environments
- Define playbooks, best practices, and technical standards
- Mentor engineers and support team growth
Requirements
- Software engineering experience with Python and TypeScript
- Experience deploying enterprise software in cloud or hybrid environments
