About the Job:
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will be integral in delivering technical solutions directly at the client site, aligning engineering expertise with the unique needs of our projects to drive success.
The main duties and responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with clients to understand technical requirements and deliver solutions
- Develop and implement robust software architectures tailored to client needs
- Conduct site assessments and provide actionable insights for project improvements
- Optimize existing systems to enhance efficiency and reliability in operations
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly to minimize downtime
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Mentor junior engineers, nurturing their growth and technical skills
- Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and project deliverables
About you:
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in software development and system deployment
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with diverse teams
