Forward Deployed Engineer

The Role
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you’ll work directly with customers to design, build, and deploy AI-driven solutions using our platform. You’ll be embedded with users to understand their challenges, prototype fast, and deliver production-grade systems that make measurable impact.

This role blends hands-on engineering with practical problem-solving — ideal for someone who enjoys both coding and seeing their work used in the field.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate closely with customer teams (domestic and international) to define problems and scope solutions.
• Build and deploy computer-vision and multimodal AI workflows using modern frameworks.
• Integrate and scale solutions in Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native environments.
• Iterate quickly — from prototype to deployment — based on real customer feedback.
• Work with internal product and research teams to improve model performance and system reliability.
• Support on-site or remote deployments when needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong software-engineering background (Python, Go or TypeScript).
• Experience in computer vision, AI model deployment, or machine-learning systems.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and distributed systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work directly with customers.
• Fluent English communication (speaking and writing) — must be able to lead calls and collaborate with global teams.
• Willingness to adjust working hours occasionally to align with international customers.
• Self-starter mindset, able to operate independently in a fast-moving environment.

Bonus Experience

• Familiarity with Vision-Language Models (VLMs) like CLIP, LLaVA, or similar.
• Experience with edge computing or cloud-based inference at scale.
• Understanding of data pipelines, MLOps, or monitoring for production AI systems.
