I’m working with a high-growth AI startup building out its Sydney team. They’re looking for exceptional engineers who combine strong software engineering foundations, hands-on AI experience, and the ability to work directly with customers.
This role is for someone who can understand a complex business problem, work out where AI can genuinely add value, design the right solution and then help build and deploy it.

- Strong software engineering background, ideally full-stack
- Hands-on experience with Python, React, TypeScript and Node.js
- Strong experience across LLMs, GenAI and agentic AI
- Good understanding of systems design, architecture, APIs, integrations and workflows
- Experience building production-grade enterprise applications
- Confident working directly with customers and senior stakeholders
- Able to translate business problems into practical technical solutions
- Comfortable challenging assumptions rather than just building what is requested
- Strong 0–1 / startup mindset ownership, pace, ambiguity and getting things done
- Someone genuinely excited by the company, the product and helping shape the culture and drive growth in Australia
