Forward Deployed Engineer (Palantir) at BairesDev

As a Forward Deployed Engineer specializing in Palantir, you will work directly at the intersection of product engineering and client operations to solve complex data challenges. You will act as a technical lead embedded with customers, transforming raw capabilities into tailored, production-ready solutions that drive immediate mission value.

What You'll Do:

- Design and implement end-to-end data integration workflows using Palantir Foundry architecture.
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines using Pipeline Builder to ensure high-quality data flow and reliability.
- Develop sophisticated ontology models and semantic layers to translate technical data structures into actionable business concepts.
- Partner with cross-functional client teams to identify operational bottlenecks and prototype rapid, scalable technical fixes.
- Oversee the full deployment lifecycle from initial discovery and data auditing to final production-grade release.
- Facilitate alignment between technical stakeholders and executive leadership through clear communication of engineering trade-offs and delivery roadmaps.

What we are looking for:

- 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Software Engineering.
- Proven expertise in building and managing data pipelines on the Palantir Foundry platform.
- Hands-on experience with ontology modeling and establishing semantic layers.
- Proficiency in using Foundry architecture components such as Pipeline Builder and Data Integration tools.
- Strong background in data modeling and integrating diverse internal and external data sources.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
