The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own the technical delivery of AI solutions for large enterprise clients, from initial discovery through rollout and scaling. Work closely with client stakeholders at every level and relay what you learn to internal product and leadership teams.
What you'll do
- Own enterprise client accounts end to end, planning, deploying and scaling AI-driven solutions.
- Work on-site with large clients to understand their processes, pain points and business needs, then design solutions on the company platform.
- Share insights from client deployments with the product organization to help shape the roadmap.
- Partner with fellow deployment engineers and senior leadership on deployment strategy, staffing and how to grow the function.
- Create tailored automations, system connections and autonomous software agents that meet each client's needs while respecting the limits of the platform.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of experience in a forward deployed, AI implementation or applied AI role.
- Hands-on experience building or deploying autonomous AI systems that go beyond simple chatbots.
- Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript, with production APIs or data pipelines built.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and enterprise system integrations.
- Ability to learn unfamiliar business domains quickly and turn business problems into technical solutions.
- Comfort managing relationships from executive sponsors to day-to-day business users.
- A degree in a quantitative or technical discipline.
- Willingness to work on-site and travel up to 50%.
Bonus points
- Domain experience in financial services or semiconductors.
- Prior founder experience or end-to-end shipping of AI agent systems.
- Dual degree combining business and engineering.

- Base salary: USD 160,000 to 220,000 per year
