The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Build and deploy AI agents while owning customer implementation and ongoing success, carrying customer insights back into product development.

What you'll do

- Develop voice, text, and phone-based AI agents for enterprise customers.

- Own implementation, onboarding, and ongoing technical customer relationships.

- Translate customer problems into product and platform improvements.

- Coordinate with engineering and design to deliver production solutions.

- Support account adoption and expansion through effective technical delivery.

Requirements

What we're looking for

- 1 to 5 years as a forward deployed or customer-facing software engineer.

- Experience shipping production code for customers.

- Strong Python and SQL, REST API skills, and familiarity with React, TypeScript, and Node.js.

- A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related STEM field.

- Ability to present to executives and work across technical and customer-success responsibilities.

- Comfort with startup pace and changing priorities.

Bonus points

- Experience as a founder or founding engineer.

- Interest in AI for home services, construction, or remodeling.

- Base salary: USD 170,000 to 230,000 per year.

Location and work model

- Five days per week onsite in New York City, in the Flatiron area. Relocation assistance is available.
