Our client is a fast-growing software company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Lead the technical delivery of software projects from early client discussions through design, build, launch and follow-up support. The work is mostly hands-on development, with a smaller share spent alongside non-technical stakeholders and occasional visits to client sites.

What you'll do

- Own projects from start to finish: meet with clients, shape the solution, build it and hand it over.

- Rely on AI-assisted coding tools daily to iterate quickly against real, changing requirements.

- Create reusable components, data models and workflows that make later deployments faster.

- Collaborate directly with non-technical stakeholders, with roughly 25% of time client-facing and 75% building.

- Visit client sites occasionally, about 5 days per quarter, to learn needs first-hand and deliver in person.

Requirements

What we're looking for

- Early-career profile: 1 to 2 years of experience, notable internships during undergrad, and time spent at a fast-growing startup or in a role that combines coding with client contact.

- Experienced profile: 3 to 5 years working in an embedded, client-facing engineering capacity.

- Track record of taking a technical deployment all the way from first build to user rollout and continued upkeep.

- Daily, practical use of AI coding assistants within your normal workflow.

- Undergraduate degree in a technical discipline such as computer science or engineering, ideally from a highly ranked university.

- Willingness to work on-site five days a week and travel occasionally.

Bonus points

- Experience at an early-stage startup.

- Background in public sector or government-facing work.

- Base salary: USD 170,000 to 220,000 per year
