Our client is a financial technology startup developing AI-powered customer operations software. Its implementation team brings enterprise customers onto the platform and helps them reach production successfully.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own customer implementations as a Forward Deployed Engineer. You will combine production engineering with direct client communication and take responsibility for launch outcomes.

What you'll do

- Gather enterprise requirements and lead implementation discussions.

- Build and configure AI-agent solutions of varying technical complexity.

- Troubleshoot customer scenarios and implement fixes.

- Launch customers and support outcomes during the first month.

- Own the ongoing technical relationship and translate customer problems into scalable solutions.

Requirements

What we're looking for

- 2 to 10 years of relevant software, solutions, or forward-deployed engineering experience.

- Experience shipping products in production.

- Strong system design and architecture skills.

- A university degree; computer science is preferred.

- Clear professional English communication and enthusiasm for customer-facing work.

- US work authorization or eligibility for a supported visa transfer.

Bonus points

- Experience with Node.js, TypeScript, React, AWS, SQL, or LLMs.

- Experience or interest in voice AI.

- Forward-deployed experience in a fast-growing company.

Benefits

Compensation and benefits

- Base salary: USD 155,000 to 225,000 per year.

- Equity: 0.1-0.7%.

- New York, New York, United States.

- Onsite role; a weekly office-day count is not specified.
