Forward Deployed Engineer (Senior, Lead, & Principal) - Onsite, Cebu City

With teams across Australia, the Philippines, and India, we are evolving how software is delivered through AI-powered workflows that prioritize quality, reliability, and measurable results.

We are looking for Forward Deployed Engineers to join our growing team in the Philippines and work closely with enterprise clients to turn business challenges into practical, production-ready software solutions. You will work directly with client teams to understand their business needs, design and develop software solutions, and ensure those solutions deliver measurable results in real-world environments.

This is a hands-on engineering role that combines software development, technical problem-solving, client collaboration, and AI implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and develop technical solutions.

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and success criteria.

• Develop and integrate full-stack software using Python and other programming languages.

• Build AI-powered solutions that connect enterprise systems and data.

• Test, deploy, and maintain reliable, production-ready solutions.

• Troubleshoot issues and manage delivery from prototype to production.

• Document solutions and guide clients in maintaining implemented systems.

• Collaborate with international teams and share engineering best practices.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• More than 5+ years of experience building production software and working with clients or delivering technical solutions.

• Experience leading engineers in client settings

• Experience developing and deploying full-stack applications.

• Proficiency in Python and at least one other programming language, such as TypeScript, Java, or Go.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and independent working skills.

• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

  Advantage If You Have

• Experience with AI, large language models (LLMs), AI agents, retrieval systems, or AI evaluation.

• Experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or cloud infrastructure.

• Background in data engineering, API development, or enterprise system integration.

• Experience working in financial services, telecommunications, or other regulated industries.

• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced technology environment.
