Forward Deployed Engineer
Summary
Forward Deployed Engineer at Superblocks who owns the technical onboarding and success of enterprise customers: deploying and operating the platform, building and troubleshooting applications, and solving integration, authentication, and cloud infrastructure challenges while feeding product insights back to the team.
You will own the technical onboarding and success of enterprise customers. You will guide administrators and application builders on solution architecture, deploy and operate the platform, build and troubleshoot applications, and solve challenges involving integrations, authentication, and cloud infrastructure. You will also document implementations, create reusable solutions, maintain internal applications, and provide product feedback.
Responsibilities
- Own technical onboarding and success for enterprise customers
- Guide customers on best practices and solution architecture
- Partner with administrators to deploy and operate the platform
- Design, build, and troubleshoot applications with application builders
- Solve technical challenges across integrations, authentication, and cloud infrastructure
- Collect product feedback for platform improvements
- Build and maintain internal applications
- Create technical documentation, implementation guides, and reusable solution patterns
Requirements
- Computer Science degree or equivalent technical experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn quickly
- Experience building software projects with modern programming languages and APIs
- Excellent communication skills
- Interest in working directly with customers
