Forward Deployed Engineering Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Forward Deployed Engineering Lead with 18-21 years of experience in Java Full Stack Engineering, technical leadership, and hands-on development of Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications, integrating scalable backend services, modern frontend technologies, and AI-powered agentic workflows to solve complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of end-to-end applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and JavaScript.
• Drive hands-on implementation of Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions, including AI agents, tool calling, orchestration, and multi-agent workflows.
• Implement and integrate Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication and authentication mechanisms to enable secure interactions between AI agents.
• Design scalable REST APIs, microservices, and secure enterprise application architectures.
• Work directly with clients and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into production-ready technical solutions.
• Lead technical teams, drive engineering best practices, and ensure performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
• Oversee AI solution integration, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement in enterprise environments.

Required Skills

• Java Full Stack: Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Generative AI: LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, LLM Integration, and AI application development.
• Agentic AI: AI Agents, Agent Orchestration, Tool Calling, Multi-Agent Systems, and hands-on implementation experience.
• A2A & Security: Agent-to-Agent (A2A) protocol, authentication, authorization, secure agent communication, OAuth 2.0/OIDC, and token-based security.
• Architecture & Deployment: Solution Architecture, API Design, Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Leadership: Technical Strategy, Solution Design, Client Engagement, Team Leadership, and End-to-End Delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience deploying AI-powered enterprise applications in production.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and client-facing engineering capabilities.
• Ability to balance hands-on coding with architecture and technical leadership.
